What you need

bunch fresh cilantro

fl oz olive oil

lb flank steak
clove fresh garlic

cup sour cream

tsp salt

tsp cumin

tbsp italian seasoning

tbsp chili powder
Instructions
Slice flank steak against the grain. Combine sliced steak with the juice of 1 orange, olive oil, salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, Italian seasoning, and fresh garlic to marinate for 24 hours. In a hot skillet, sear sliced onions and peppers with oil, salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder until tender. Remove the vegetables from the pan. Add the marinated steak to the same skillet and sear on all sides until cooked to your desired doneness. Return the cooked vegetables to the pan with the steak and toss everything together. Finish with fresh cilantro. Serve the fajitas immediately in warm corn tortillas with a dollop of sour cream and extra fresh cilantro.View original recipe
