lb chicken meat

cup lettuce

head red onion

tbsp olive oil

cup tzatziki sauce
cup fresh tomatoes
Instructions
To make the Greek chicken bowls, marinate the chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, sliced red onion, and Italian-style seasoning. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes. Heat a pan over medium-high heat, then sear the marinated chicken and onions until everything is golden and caramelized. Add a splash of bone broth to the pan, cover, and let the chicken finish cooking through. Once cooked, chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss it back in the pan with the onions to soak up all the flavorful juices. Serve the chicken mixture over a bed of brown rice with crisp lettuce, salty tomatoes, a big spoonful of tzatziki, and warm pita bread.View original recipe
