Baked Brie with Cherry Rosemary Jam

It’s super easy but elegant and everyone will be asking you for the recipe. I made this one with all ingredients from @aldiusa but you can really customize it to your liking. Don’t like cherry rosemary jam? Try something else or skip it altogether!

Cut the top of the rind off of the Brie. Then put a layer of jam on the top of the cheese, then a layer of brown sugar, topped with crushed pecans. Bake in a 350 degree oven until the cheese is melty and bubbly on the sides and the pecans are golden brown. For my oven this is about 15 minutes!View original recipe
