cup bread crumbs

cup ricotta cheese

Instructions
For the chicken meatballs: In a bowl, mix 1 lb ground chicken, 1 egg, ½ cup ricotta, 1 cup breadcrumbs, ¼ cup chopped parsley, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp garam masala, and salt + pepper to taste. Roll the mixture into meatballs. Brown the meatballs lightly in a pan. Then, add Aldi’s butter chicken simmer sauce to the pan, along with a splash of cream and a few extra spices if desired, and simmer the meatballs in the sauce until cooked through.
